Product Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for products that are unused and in their original packaging. Eligible returns received within this period will receive full credit, with the exception of Carbide Tipped Annular Cutters.
Returns After 14 Days
Returns made after 14 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Custom tooling is non-returnable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Used products are not eligible for return or refund.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
