Our Carbide-Tipped Auger Bits are milled from a single piece of alloyed steel and equipped with a standard general-purpose lead screw, a carbide cutter, and a cutting spur made from hardened steel. This combination allows our Carbide Tipped Auger Bits to bore clean smooth holes in all types of wood fast and efficiently while leaving little or no residue. Our Auger Bits are self-feeding and require less torque. Carbide-Tipped Wood Auger Bits can be used with electric, air, hydraulic or gasoline-powered drills, motors, and impact wrenches. Available in diameters of 1/2" to 1-1/2", and lengths of 12” to 48”.
